I'm a UX-focused technologist with a background in Informatics and a passion for bridging people and process.
I earned my B.S. in Informatics from Indiana University, specializing in Human-Centered Computing.
I combine design, code, and hands-on systems work to create solutions that actually make sense to real users.
Most recently, I worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Goodwill Commercial Services—leading process improvements, managing product transfers, and translating complex systems into practical results.

RA Taper Hand-Forming System
Created a standardized process for hand-forming dilators using glass mold techniques, ensuring consistent product quality.

Gare-E: Arduino Sensor Tank Robot
Built a responsive Arduino tank robot equipped with sensors, LED indicators, and a rotating ultrasonic turret. Gare-E detects obstacles, chooses alternative routes, and signals its movement direction using LED color codes. The turret scans for safe paths; if none are found, it executes a full 180° turn—like a little battlefield strategist.

AI-Powered Financial Insights Engine
Senior Capstone Project – Indiana University
Engineered a full-stack NLP-driven financial analysis platform that leverages GPT-4 to transform raw banking data into actionable insights. The system uses machine learning algorithms to process Plaid API data and generate personalized financial recommendations through a conversational AI interface.

Generative AI in Education: Adaptive Learning System
Designed and implemented an AI-powered educational platform that uses transformer-based models to generate personalized learning materials. Presented research on neural network applications in education at a statewide IT conference, demonstrating how machine learning can create adaptive learning paths based on individual student performance data.

Neural Audio Transcription & Summarization Engine
Developed a multimodal AI system that combines Whisper's speech recognition capabilities with GPT-4's natural language processing to automatically transcribe, analyze, and generate structured summaries from audio content. The system employs advanced NLP techniques to identify key topics and create hierarchical markdown summaries optimized for knowledge retention.

Mimic: Neural Voice Synthesis Discord Bot
Architected a real-time voice synthesis application using ElevenLabs' neural TTS models to generate ultra-realistic speech in Discord voice channels. The system processes natural language commands, selects appropriate voice models, and streams AI-generated audio with minimal latency. Deployed on Railway with a custom caching system to optimize token usage and performance.
